Refund Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will evaluate the concern and may offer a free reservice or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Reservice
You may be eligible for a refund or reservice if:

There was a clear oversight or incomplete service (e.g., missed areas, incomplete cleaning)

Damage was caused to your vehicle during the detailing process (must be reported immediately)

You cancel your appointment with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy below)
Refunds are not issued for:

Normal wear and tear or existing damage

Dirt or stains that cannot be removed with reasonable cleaning efforts

Customer no-shows or late cancellations (see below)

Services completed more than 24 hours ago without a complaint being filed
3. Cancellations & No-Shows

24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of [20% of the service price].

No-Shows: Customers who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount and are not eligible for a refund.
